Naked Wear Return Policy

At Naked Wear, we want you to love every purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, you can return it. As long as your item(s) were purchased directly from naked-wear.com and are in their original condition, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send them back.

Eligible Returns

You can return most items within 30 days, with these exceptions:

  • Underwear & Swimwear – cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Socks – can only be returned if they remain sealed in their original packaging.
  • Bottles – non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging and tags must be included.
  • Every return will be inspected upon arrival.

⚠️ Items that are damaged, worn, or returned in an unsuitable condition will not be refunded.

 

When Will I Receive My Refund?

The timing of your refund depends on how long it takes your chosen courier to return the item(s) to us and for our warehouse team to process your return.

Important to Know:

  • Always keep your proof of postage receipt, as we may need this for any return queries.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for processing.
  • After your refund has been processed, it may take up to an additional 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Yes — we do offer exchanges. Please note:

  • We can only ship your new item once the returned item has been received and scanned into our warehouse.
  • We are unable to pre-reserve items requested for exchange, so availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • If we are unable to process your exchange for any reason, you’ll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method instead.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed and appear in your account.
